YOUR TEAM
You will join BESTSELLER’s Flow of Goods – a strong and ambitious logistics organisation with 50 dedicated colleagues across six teams. As Outbound EU Manager, you will lead the team responsible for securing efficient deliveries to our European wholesale markets & large key accounts.

You will be part of the Flow of Goods management team where collaboration, long-term thinking and continuous improvement are central to how we work. Together, we drive operational excellence across our automated distribution centers and ensure the best possible service for our brands, customers and partners.

YOUR ROLE
As Outbound EU Manager, you set the direction for your team and drive the performance of our outbound logistics flow across European markets. You turn strategic ambitions into clear plans, secure smooth day-to-day operations and create the foundation for strong collaboration with customers, carriers and internal partners.

You will:

• Lead and develop your team through clear goals, structured follow-up and continuous growth 
• Secure best practice and operational excellence across markets and customer flows 
• Monitor delivery performance and act proactively on deviations together with our Logistic Customer Relations team 
• Collaborate closely with markets, warehouses, forwarders and internal stakeholders  
• Drive continuous improvements to optimize lead times, cost structure and service 
• Support digital initiatives to strengthen data transparency, automation and smarter ways of working 
• Play an active role in the Flow of Goods management team with insights and long-term perspective that drive strong collaboration in management team. 

YOUR PROFILE
You are a present and engaging people manager who thrives in leading others, creating clarity and driving improvements. With a strong business mindset and a hands-on approach to logistics, you turn strategy into practical solutions that work. You are structured, cooperative and navigate easily in a high-paced environment with many stakeholders and complex flows.

We imagine that you bring:

• Proven experience as a people leader within logistics, supply chain or a similar operational environment 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken) 
• Experience with outbound flows, wholesale logistics or European markets — an advantage, not a requirement.
