YOUR TEAM
You will lead a team of 8 talented individuals, collaborating closely with markets and other stakeholders to optimize performance and deliver exceptional customer service. Furthermore, you will be part of a management team of 6 managers, where your knowledge and valued input will be needed to further develop us as a group and team. 

YOUR ROLE
As our Outbound Manager for Non EU markets, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of our products to customers outside the EU. Developing and implementing best practices for outbound logistics, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and efficient deliveries across diverse markets. Proactively addressing deviations and issues, working collaboratively to find solutions.
Other responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with markets to align expectations and costs, ensuring optimal performance and service.
• Partnering with the new Logistic Customer Relations team to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Setting budgets, aligning operational needs with tactical plans, and driving continuous improvement for cost-effective and timely outbound flow.
• Being a key member of the Flow of Goods management team, actively contributing to the team's success.

We expect to possess

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• A deep understanding of customs processes between EU and NON EU countries.
• Experience in the forwarding industry and transportation management.
• Previous managerial experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
