Are you driven by improving processes and turning complexity into clarity? Do you enjoy working across teams to make change happen – and seeing your ideas create real impact?

Then you might be the Process Development Specialist we’re looking for in Global Operation.

WHERE YOU MAKE AN IMPACT TOGETHER
Global Operation connects our logistics setup – from how goods are received to how they reach our customers.
You’ll join the Global Development Team, working to improve how we operate. You’ll collaborate closely across Logistics, partnering with colleagues to turn ideas into better ways of working. We don’t own the processes – but we work side by side with the people who do.

DEVELOP HOW WE OPERATE
As our new Process Development Specialist, you take an active role in improving how we work. You map processes, challenge the way we do things and help turn ideas into practical solutions that create real value. You’ll work closely with process owners and stakeholders to ensure improvements are anchored in the business and support our overall direction.
More specifically, you will:

  • Drive end-to-end process improvements across Global Operation.
  • Map and optimise cross-functional workflows together with the business.
  • Facilitate workshops that build alignment and share best practices.
  • Identify root causes and translate insights into actionable solutions.
  • Support documentation and ensure processes are understood and followed.
  • Contribute to testing and validation of new ways of working.

MAKE YOUR IMPACT VISIBLE
At BESTSELLER Logistics, you will:

  • Take ownership of improvements that impact our global logistics setup.
  • Grow in an environment with trust, responsibility and high ambitions.
  • Experience flexibility, trust, and a down-to-earth culture.

YOU TAKE OWNERSHIP
You’re proactive, structured and not afraid to challenge how things are done, with a focus on how processes are designed, documented and supported across systems. You combine a strong process mindset with analytical thinking and confidently work with data, map workflows, and simplify complexity. You take ownership, involve the right people and follow through until improvements are in place.
We imagine that you:

  • Have a background in logistics, supply chain, engineering, IT or similar.
  • Bring 1–3 years of experience within process improvement, logistics or operations.
  • Have a strong interest in continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Are comfortable working with data, systems and process mapping (ERP/WMS).
  • Have experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders.
  • Communicate clearly in both Danish and English.

At BESTSELLER, we value your drive and curiosity more than ticking every box. If you’re ready to learn and take responsibility, we’ll support your development.
