Key Account Responsibility for Major Onliners

YOUR TEAM
You will join BESTSELLER Logistics and become part of our Outbound EU team together with 12 great colleagues. This department is a part of our Flow of Goods organization, where we manage outbound flows for some of our most important European online customers. You will work closely with warehouses, carriers, brands, and markets to ensure an efficient and reliable outbound setup.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you hold end-to-end responsibility for selected major cross-border onliners (CBOs. You act as their primary point of contact for selected customers, ensuring high service levels, operational excellence, and continuous improvements across processes and performance.
Other responsibilities include:

  • Daily operational responsibility for selected online accounts, including coordination of shipments and follow-up on performance.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive handling of deviations with clear communication and structured root-cause identification.
  • Ensuring high service levels through reliable processes and timely follow-up.
  • Driving continuous improvements and contributing to smarter and more efficient ways of working.

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking responsibility for their area. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to identify improvements before they become issues.
You:

  • Have a background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
  • Work analytically and with strong attention to detail.
  • Are proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership.
  • Communicate clearly and build trust with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Are fluent in English and Danish, written and spoken. German is an advantage but not a requirement.
