YOUR TEAM

You’ll be part of a dedicated Logistics team focused on keeping the flow of goods efficient, accurate, and on time. You’ll work closely with experts in import operations, vendor coordination, and transportation planning to ensure a smooth journey from origin to warehouse. The team values clear communication, strong collaboration, and smart solutions that elevate overall logistics performance.

YOUR ROLE

As a Logistics Responsible, you will be responsible for following:

• Managing international transportation processes by coordinating third-party logistics partners and internal departments until final delivery to the warehouse.
  
  
•  Overseeing all import operations through customs consultancy firms.
  
  
• Handling all inbound and outbound transportation activities with a focus on reducing costs, shortening lead times, and improving overall efficiency.
  
  
• Sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with freight forwarders, logistics providers, and import partners to ensure the most competitive pricing and optimal service quality.
  
  
• Monitoring performance and managing KPIs across all logistics partners.
  
  
• Possessing full expertise in import procedures, traffic control, vendor management, and 3PL operations including warehouses and forwarders.
  
  
• Ensuring complete and accurate handling of all documentation and procedures required for import and export activities.
  
  
• Applying regulatory and legislative knowledge related to customs operations.
  
  
• Managing performance of international vendors and maintaining strong relationships with customs brokers and bonded warehouses.
  
  
•  Continuously improving logistics and customs operations, supported by system-based monitoring and follow-up.
  
  
• Checking and validating all costs related to import, export, transit shipments, transportation, and customs files.
  
  
• Coordinating all relevant units in full compliance with YYS (AEO) regulations.

YOUR PROFILE

• BSc degree in Logistics or relevant fields,

• 1-3 years of import operation experience in textile industry,
• Strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach,
• High level of problem-solving capability,
• Experience in cross-functional project coordination
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with a collaborative mindset,
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written,
• Strong skills in Excel and other MS Office applications.
