YOUR TEAM
You will be working aside a leader who shares a passion for fashion and a vision that has an “outside of the box” approach. The atmosphere in the workplace is informal, yet we work hard together to achieve our common goal: to take the success of BESTSELLER to an even higher level.
- Being responsible for all processes of Store, Shop in Shop, Partner Store and Showroom Renovations (budgeting, role taking, projecting with AutoCAD program, project follow-up until the end of business expenses).
- Responsible for the regional renovation process from the operations team (storage area, cabin area, entrance area renovation).
- Completing the operations by giving accurate and complete directions to the maintenance & repair requests from the Partners and all relevant architecture areas across the region in a short time.
- Visiting region and countries in scope at regular intervals according to the workload and identifies and explains the architectural deficiencies / issues that need improvement.
- Technical process support for stores in the use of new technology.

YOUR PROFILE
You are structured, analytical, and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. You combine a strong, commercial mindset with excellent communication skills and enjoy taking ownership of your results.
In addition, you bring:
- BSc degree in Interior Architecture or Technical departments of universities.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the field of technical drawing.
- Preferably experienced in the retail industry.
- Competence in project follow-up and reporting processes.
- Able to use AutoCAD program well.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- No travel restrictions.
