YOUR ROLE
As a Retail Business Partner, you’ll play a central role in driving our People strategy across multiple retail locations. You'll work hand-in-hand with Store and Area Managers to ensure our teams are empowered, well-supported, and aligned with business objectives.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Talent Management or Store Management in Retail,
- Fluent in English,
- Proficient in MS Office,
- A strategic thinker with excellent communication and management skills,
- Passionate about people development and business performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading recruitment for all roles across retail stores,
- Planning and managing store-level labor hour budgets,
- Tracking and supporting store performance through key retail KPIs,
- Training store teams in core areas such as sales, customer service, and product knowledge,
- Supporting performance evaluation and developing measurement systems for store teams,
- Coordinating store team rotations and temporary assignments across locations,
- Playing an active role in new store openings—from hiring to onboarding,
- Monitoring legal compliance and ensuring store processes align with local regulations,
- Overseeing health and safety (HSE) processes in stores, including coordination with occupational safety providers (OSGB),
- Delivering induction programs for new hires and those promoted within retail,
- Conducting regular store visits to ensure HR presence and alignment with strategy,
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR data,
- Preparing regular reports on HR activities and performance.
