YOUR TEAM

You’ll join the TECH team at BESTSELLER Turkey. We don’t just keep computers and systems running – we create solutions that empower our colleagues to perform at their best. Through technology, we make work easier, faster and more impactful.

YOUR ROLE

• Install and support company devices such as laptops, monitors, and printers.

• Provide user support for Windows operating systems, Office applications and other corporate tools.

• Track and manage TECH inventory in line with internal procedures.

• Analyse and resolve user problems quickly and effectively – both remotely and on-site.

• Take an active role in TECH projects and contribute to achieving project goals.

YOUR PROFILE

• University student or recent graduate in a relevant field,

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and Windows operating systems,

• Solution-oriented, communicative, and a strong team player,

• Open to travel, eager to learn, and motivated to build a career in technology.
