Tech Specialist

We are looking for a Tech Specialist / Senior Tech Specialist to support the implementation and adoption of technology solutions across the GR+ market. This role acts as the link between business teams and regional/global technology functions, ensuring that solutions are delivered effectively and add business value locally. You will work across Wholesale, Retail, Logistics, and Finance, supporting digitalization, data initiatives, and system rollouts in a regional setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating the local implementation of global technology solutions from planning to go-live
• Acting as the main contact for technology-related topics across the GR+ market
• Translating business needs into clear system and process requirements
• Working closely with regional and global teams, as well as external partners
• Supporting digital and data initiatives, particularly within Wholesale and Retail
• Developing reports in PowerBi environment
• Coordinating Retail ERP (D365) topics and support omnichannel initiatives
• Assisting with system changes impacting retail, wholesale, finance, and logistics operations
• Collaborating with regional and global teams, as well as external partners, to ensure smooth delivery and adoption

Your Profile

• Experience in a technology-enabled, business-facing role
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting system implementations or digital initiatives
• Interest in data, process improvement, and digital solutions
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on mindset
• Experience in an international or matrix organization is a plus
