As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for overall administrative support activities for BESTSELLER office in Pakistan Lahore.
Your responsibilities will include:

Responsible for overall administrative support to Office, team and Ensure smooth operations

Maintain meeting room for colleagues, assist to organize meetings, seminars, deal with overseas buying colleagues and ensure all support from pick drop, Hotel booking itinerary control, coordinating security cautions for all

Follow-up office supplies and logistics in an organized way. Arrange monthly schedule submission for smooth payment, liaise with colleagues and ensure Compliance to the submission for Colleagues and Vendor

Ensure safety, security, cleanliness and support for smooth office , Colleagues attendance report, PK colleagues itinerary update

Control all incoming outgoing couriers, deal with stakeholder, liaise with the required standard with reporting Manager to sustain the standard, establish a good practice on operations, input on improvement

Control the activities of Front desk, guide and advise to follow the best practices

Arrange and monitor maintenance for office equipment and supervise all activities related to the working environment. Asset Record list and update monthly report.

Assist to organize meetings and activities, liaise with different departments and support them where needed

Record staff's business trip, holiday, sickness, and attendance status.

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, input for budget preparation.

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, Assist statutory compliance, Budget preparation, Implementing day to day SOP and ensure all are aligned with corporate guideline.

Provide general administrative support internally and externally.

Execute the task assigned time to time from Admin department Manager & Management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or any relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work both independently and collaboratively.
