We’re looking for a performance-driven marketing professional to join our Regional Marketing Team in Ljubljana. In this role, you will take ownership of paid media activities across multiple international markets and two global fashion brands.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest & more.
  • Own the paid media strategy and execution for two global fashion brands across multiple international markets, with varying market coverage and business needs.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution - from creative briefing and audience targeting to campaign optimization and performance reporting.
  • Maintain a comprehensive overview of all live campaigns across the region, ensuring visibility, alignment, and timely execution.
  • Work closely with subregion marketing teams, HQ, and our graphic designer to deliver on-brand and high-performing campaign assets.
  • Manage and optimize a regional ad budget with a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as reach, impressions, CTR, CPC, store traffic uplift, and ROAS - and continuously optimize campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and in-store turnover.
  • Continuously test new ad formats, placements, audiences, and targeting strategies to push paid media performance and innovation.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in Paid Media / Campaign Management, ideally in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and campaign tracking is considered a strong advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with a clear focus on traffic, conversion, and media efficiency.
  • Strong hands-on skills with Meta Ads Manager and similar paid platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with a “get-things-done” mentality.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
