We're looking for a Junior Marketplace Specialist to strengthen our team and support the growth of our online channels. If you're passionate about the marketplace ecosystem and want to be part of a dynamic and innovative project, this opportunity is for you! 

Main Responsibilities

• Uploading, updating, and maintaining marketplace catalogs (attributes, descriptions, sizing, and images).

• Managing and optimizing product feeds using integrators (Tradebyte, Lengow, ChannelAdvisor, or similar platforms).

• Content quality control: validating technical requirements and ensuring compliance with marketplace guidelines.

• Resolving technical issues related to products, stock, pricing, shipping, and synchronization.

• Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the logistics team to prevent cancellations.

• Tracking basic KPIs: sales, conversion rates, availability, returns, and cancellations.

• Supporting the management of promotional campaigns and pricing adjustments.

• Preparing regular reports in Excel.

• Assisting with the implementation of SEO improvements within the marketplace (keywords, title and attribute optimization).

• Coordinating with internal teams (IT, logistics, e-commerce) for integrations and technical improvements.   

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketplace management.

• Experience with or knowledge of the Zalando Partner Program.

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).

• Basic knowledge of feed management and catalog structure.

• Analytical mindset with great attention to detail.

• Advanced level of English.
