We are looking for a passionate colleague to join our Dynamics 365 Technical Team, implementing and maintaining solutions for BESTSELLER stores worldwide.

YOUR TEAM

You will be part of an independent SCRUM team with skilled, cross-functional colleagues who have deep insights into our products and technologies. You will be working in a European based team where your technical colleagues will be based, but you will be part of a local team in Canada.

YOUR ROLE

As a Dynamics 365 FO/Commerce Technical specialist you will be part of the team implementing Dynamics 365 FO and Commerce across the world. You will help implement Dynamics 365 and apply your technical skills in practical scenarios. You will be working with many aspects of Dynamics 365 ranging from application lifecycle management, development, deployments, monitoring and integrations. You will also contribute technical expertise across our existing Dynamics 365 and cloud implementations. Collaboration with other team members is key to ensuring our cloud-based solutions are efficient, scalable, and meet high standards

Your key responsibilities will be: 

• Manage Dynamics 365 FO and Commerce implementation globally along with your team.
• Improve all stages of the software lifecycle with ALM tools like Azure DevOps, LCS, and Power Platform.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate integrations and delivery workflows.
• Design and develop Dynamics 365 customizations as needed.
• Implement, test, document, and monitor integrations for Dynamics 365.
• Build and maintain monitoring tools for Dynamics 365 and related platforms.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver releases.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent.
• Must have +5 years of technical experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce and/or FO.
• Must have +3 years of technical experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure.
• Prior knowledge and experience with Dynamics 365 development are preferred.
• Requires fluency in both written and spoken English & French communication as you will be working with international and local colleagues. 
• Prior experience with Power Platform is preferred
