Position: Housekeeper
Reports to: Corporate & Workplace Experience Manager 
Location:  Montreal, Quebec

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment? The BESTSELLER CANADA office is looking for a proactive and reliable individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant.

YOUR ROLE

This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the office is a tidy, hygienic, and pleasant space for all employees. If you take pride in keeping spaces pristine and enjoy contributing to a positive workplace environment, this opportunity is for you!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Office Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Maintain the cleanliness of the office environment, including common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and individual workspaces.
• Perform regular cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
• Ensure all cleaning activities align with health and safety standards.

Office Setup & Maintenance

• Assist with setup and takedown of office events and meetings.
• Ensure all cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked and accessible.
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the Facilities Manager for timely resolution.

Employee & Visitor Support

• Assist employees with any special cleaning requests or office setup needs.
• Ensure restrooms and common areas are stocked with necessary supplies and are ready for use at all times.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and service when interacting with employees and visitors.

YOUR PROFILE

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in French & English, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable with using cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines and work in a hygienic manner.
