Job Title: Information Technology (IT) Intern

YOUR INTERNSHIP
As an IT Intern, you’ll work closely with our IT team and support various technical projects and initiatives. Your tasks will include:

• Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
• Supporting the IT team in maintaining and upgrading the company’s systems and infrastructure.
• Helping with software installations, updates, and configurations.
• Assisting with the management of user accounts, permissions, and access to systems.
• Providing support for IT-related requests from employees, ensuring efficient problem resolution.
• Participating in internal IT projects, including system integrations, data backups, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Assisting with preparing technical documentation and user guides.

WHO YOU ARE
To succeed in this role, you bring:

• A passion for technology and a keen interest in IT solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn in a hands-on environment.
• Excellent communication skills in French & English, both written and verbal, as you’ll be working with colleagues across Canada (and internationally!).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Enrollment in or recent completion of an IT, Computer Science, or related program is a plus.
