Additionally, we are looking for the following:

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365; knowledge of ticketing systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to manage priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Strong communication skills in French and English, as you will support employees across Canada.

• Mentorship from experienced IT professionals.
• Exposure to real-life IT operations, systems, and projects.
• Employee discounts on our latest collections.
• Opportunities for skill development and potential career growth within BESTSELLER.
