Schedule: 8h00 – 16h30
Salaire: $45,000 - $58,000 CAD, based on experience

BESTSELLER CANADA is looking for an Office Coordinator to ensure an exceptional front-desk experience, support daily office operations, and help maintain a functional and welcoming workplace.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Reception & Visitor Experience

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and partners with professionalism and friendliness, and manage the front desk on a daily basis.
  • Handle incoming calls, general emails, and reception-related requests.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are properly set up.
  • Coordinate client visits, including meals, catering, transportation, and accommodation when required.

Office Management & Daily Operations

  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and overall functionality of the office and common areas.
  • Place bi-weekly orders for office supplies and snacks, and monitor inventory levels.
  • Prepare Wednesday lunches for employees and coordinate catering services when requested.
  • Act as the main point of contact for daily office needs and provide support to internal teams.

Showroom & Team Support

  • Keep showrooms clean, organized, and ready for visits (samples, materials, presentations).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare showrooms for presentations and client events.
  • Ensure presentation equipment and technology are functional and available.

Employee Sample Sales

  • Be available from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. during employee sample sales.
  • Manage the cash register at reception, process transactions, and ensure the area is fully cleaned and organized after the sale so it is ready for the next day.

Internal Communications (Asset)

  • Support internal communications such as posters, simple layouts, and internal documents.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) is considered a strong asset.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an office coordination, reception, or similar role.
  • Strong customer service and front-desk skills.
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with office tools and eager to learn new systems.
  • Adobe InDesign knowledge is an asset.
