Job Title: Retail Operations Intern

YOUR INTERNSHIP
As a Retail Operations Intern, you’ll work closely with our Retail Operations team to support store performance, process optimization, and overall efficiency. Your tasks will include:

  • Assisting in the coordination of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales reporting.
  • Supporting communication between head office and store teams to ensure clear and effective execution of initiatives.
  • Helping analyze store performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of training materials and operational guidelines.
  • Assisting in the rollout of new retail projects, promotions, and policies.
  • Providing administrative support, such as maintaining records, organizing reports, and updating operational documents.

WHO YOU ARE
To succeed in this role, you bring:

  • A passion for retail, business operations, and process improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills in French & English, both written and verbal, as you will be interacting with colleagues across Canada.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with retail management systems is a plus.
  • Enrollment in or recent completion of a Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related program is a plus.
