Position: Sales Intern               
Reports to: Country Sales Manager
Duration: up to 36 hours/week – until the end of year 2025 (with possibility of extension)
Location: Montreal, QC

What you will do.

As a Sales Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of wholesale sales. This role is designed to provide you with exposure to various aspects of the sales process. Under the guidance of our seasoned sales professionals, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our wholesale division.

More specifically, your tasks include (but not limited to):

  • Organize and maintain showroom samples, ensuring that the inventory is up-to-date and immaculately presented.
  • Support the sales team in processing orders, managing paperwork, and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing displays that showcase our products and enhance the overall showroom aesthetic.
  • Assist in conducting market research to obtain a greater understanding of prospective customers, using such sources as the Internet.
  • Maintain accurate records of sample movements, including tracking shipments, updating orders database, and preparing reports as needed.
  • Work with the Brand Manager and warehouse team to track all orders, communicate tracking and invoicing to customers.

Additionally, we are looking for the following:

  • Graduated in Fashion Business, Marketing or similar field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Experience in the fashion industry (retail or wholesale) is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to establish priorities, multi-task and work with demanding deadlines.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in French and English, as you will be attending meetings with our Canadian clients.
