We are looking for a new Junior Sales Representative who is ready to embark on a fast-paced and challenging adventure. 

YOUR ROLE

As a Junior Sales Representative for VERO MODA, you’ll be a key player in driving sales and building strong relationships with our customers across Canada. You will work closely with our team while growing in your role and expanding your responsibilities. You will also be a key player in executing marketing strategies, leveraging your creativity and social media skills to connect with customers.

Specifically, your duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Develop a strong understanding of customer service needs and support sales efforts by delivering exceptional service.
  • Assist with merchandising, ensuring that VERO MODA’s collections are beautifully presented.
  • Work closely with team members and be open to growing within the role, taking on new tasks as the business evolves. This could include helping with steaming, assisting on the shop floor, and being flexible when things are less busy.
  • Create engaging content for social media, including Instagram reels, TikTok posts, and other platforms, to build brand awareness and connect with your audience.
  • Travel across Canada (and sometimes internationally) to meet clients, attend events, and ensure the brand is represented properly.
  • Work under pressure with a solution-driven mindset, always finding ways to resolve challenges, exceed sales targets and hungry for growth.

Who You Are:

We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated, thrives in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. You should have a strong passion for fashion, be highly adaptable, and always ready to learn and grow. We're hiring for mindset, and while experience is important, we’re excited to develop your skills.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment and you understand the importance of customer service and sales.
  • Fluency in both English and French, you will be in contact with various clients across Canada.
  • A positive and resilient mentality, with the drive to learn and expand their knowledge.
  • Comfortable with social media presence and comfort with creating content such as Instagram reels, TikTok posts, and more.
  • A valid driver’s license and a car for frequent travel across Canada.
