YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Talent & Experience Specialist at Bestseller Canada, you'll have a unique opportunity to manage the full recruitment cycle for Canada and US and contribute to developing an unparalleled employee experience. Your tasks will include (but are not limited to):
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles, including job intake meetings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to Bestseller Canada.
- Assist with the creation and administration of business cases and verbal offers to candidates.
- Contribute to the success of our internship program, providing guidance and support to interns.
Employee Experience
- Support the onboarding and exit processes for employees, ensuring a smooth and positive transition.
- Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, action plans, and debrief sessions.
- Coordinate and support various employee events, including town halls, kick-off events, holiday parties, and health week activities.
- Contribute to social responsibility initiatives, such as give-back volunteering events and DEI initiatives.
- Manage contract administration tasks, including hiring contracts and related documentation.
- Provide People Support and resolve tickets related to recruitment and general employee support.
YOUR PROFIL
- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
- Experience in retail recruitment, an asset.
- Some experience (even from internships or volunteer work) in planning and executing employee events.
- A sincere desire to create a positive and engaging work environment.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Communicates well in both French and English, as you will be in contact with different teams & recruit for both countries Canada & USA.
