Position: Sales Assistant         
Reports to: Sales Manager, JACK & JONES     
Location: Los Angeles, California

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Sales Assistant, you'll gain hands-on experience in wholesale sales, supporting our team and helping drive our success. You'll support the growth and success of our wholesale division under the guidance of experienced sales professionals.

More specifically, your tasks include (but not limited to): 

•    Monitor and manage all new collections via our B2B platform “MORE”.
•    Unbox samples and merchandise showrooms for market appointments.
•    Arrange refreshments for appointments.
•    Attend market appointments, take notes, and provide support.
•    Create custom lists from appointments.
•    Oversee sample closet organization.
•    Handle marketing sample requests.
•    Ensure sales supplies are stocked and accessible.
•    Assist with assorting and packing collections.
•    Prepare and pack tradeshow checklist.
•    Pull selling reports on a weekly basis.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

You bring energy, leadership, and a strong work ethic to everything you do, and you thrive in a team setting. You also have:

•    1-2 years’ experience in the fashion industry or similar field. 
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
•    Experience in the fashion industry (retail or wholesale) is a plus.
•    Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
•    Ability to establish priorities, multi-task and work with demanding deadlines.
•    Highly organized and detail oriented. 
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
