YOUR TEAM
As Account Manager at VERO MODA, part of BESTSELLER Türkiye's Upcoming Brands team, you’ll work alongside a dynamic Sales Manager and a close-knit group of fashion professionals who don’t just love fashion – they live it. We believe the best results are achieved together, so we collaborate, challenge and inspire each other to raise the bar every single day.
You’ll be based on-site – right where the magic happens – shaping the brand’s growth and building strong, lasting relationships with our customers.
YOUR ROLE
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial success. From managing the product lifecycle to balancing supply and demand, your goal is clear: get the right products in the right places at the right time. You’ll:
- Always search for new customers and increases sales via creating new sales channels,
- Monitor store performance and customer needs to plan inventory and stock mix,
- Manage orders, track purchasing, and optimise shipment flows,
- Translate sales data into actionable insights and align with internal teams,
- Influence product decisions through customer and market feedback,
- Work closely with planning, merchandising and buying to ensure we’re always on trend and on point,
- Supervise field teams to ensure brand expectations are met on-site.

YOUR PROFILE
You’re passionate about women’s fashion, commercially savvy and not afraid to take charge. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 5+ years in fashion sales, preferably in womenswear,
- A degree in Business Administartion, Textile Engineering or similar,
- A data-driven, analytical mindset with excellent planning skills,
- Great communication and presentation abilities,
- A proactive approach and natural ownership mentality,
- Fluency in English and confidence in Excel.
