YOUR TEAM

You will be working aside a leader who shares a passion for fashion and a vision that has an “outside of the box” approach. The atmosphere in the workplace is informal, yet we work hard together to achieve our common goal: to take the success of BESTSELLER to an even higher level.


YOUR ROLE 

  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners, distributors, and clients.

 

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to the Kazakhstani and Uzbekistani wholesale landscape.

 

  • Identify, approach, and establish relationships with key stakeholders in the regions.

 

  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings.

 

  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.

 

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat Business

 

  • Act as the liaison between local partners and the Turkish headquarters.

 

  • Provide regular updates, market insights, and performance reports.

 

  • Assist in setting up local operations, including legal, logistical, and administrative aspects if needed.

YOUR PROFILE

We truly value individuals who are solutions oriented, flexible and forward thinking and to be successful in this role you must be able to combine ability to facilitate/take initiative with strong communication and customer management skills. You will work with several different senior managers which will require you to:

 

  • University degree in related departments

  • Minimum five years experience in Business Development related roles.

 

  • English and Russian proficiency is required. Turkish is a big plus

 

  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications and ERP System Knowledge

  • Analytical, strategic with a problem-solving attitude

  • Solid time-management skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to deal with business challenges

  • Good communication, presentation and coordination skills with ability to influence people from different functions / positions

  • Broad understanding of  the region and business priorities
