YOUR TEAM

You'll become part of our Partner Retail team, reporting directly to the Country Retail Partner Manager. Together, you work closely with our partners across the region.

YOUR ROLE

As our new Product Responsible, you'll play a key role in driving the commercial performance of our Partner Retail business.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership of the regional assortment and product performance while supporting both B2B and B2C objectives.
  • Managing and optimising the regional buying budget together with the Product Lead to secure strong sell-through performance and healthy stock levels.
  • Delivering against budget plans by identifying risks, spotting opportunities and keeping partner needs at the centre of every decision.
  • Building strong partnerships through regular business reviews, follow-ups and action plans to maximise commercial results.
  • Benchmarking competitors and using market insights to guide purchasing decisions and secure the best-performing assortment.
  • Collaborating with regional teams on pre-selections, packages, order appointments, exchanges and final order execution.
  • Ensuring strong store presence through regular follow-up on store standards and product performance.
  • Gathering feedback from stores and partners to continuously improve future assortments and commercial performance.

YOUR PROFILE

You’re ready to step up. You take ownership, challenge the status quo and turn insights into action.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering or a related field,
  • Has 1–3 years of experience in Product or Merchandising,
  • Brings strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
  • Have a strong commercial mindset and enjoy working with numbers, products and performance.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently in English,
  • Is proactive and detail-oriented,
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
