Merchandise Controller – 
Retail Partner Business (f/m/n)

Location: Vienna, Austria
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities
•    Support the Retail Partner Team in planning, controlling, and executing strategic projects
•    Ensure efficient budget management across B2C and B2B buying processes
•    Monitor and identify inefficiencies in buying and order workflows, providing timely and actionable solutions
•    Collaborate closely with Product and Visual Merchandising Leads to ensure alignment with business goals
•    Deliver in-depth performance analyses for business partners and stakeholders across all hubs in Region East
•    Proactively flag and address critical issues in processes to ensure operational excellence
•    Take ownership of regional project setups, including Mobaro, JJ2GO, and Universe platforms
•    Adhere to established buying and planning guidelines based on annual targets
•    Contribute to effective team communication, documentation, and reporting to support transparency and efficiency
Qualifications
•    Solid experience in merchandise controlling or a similar role within retail operations; experience in fashion retail is a plus
•    Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to turn complex data into strategic insights
•    Excellent organizational and project management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
•    Proficient in ERP systems and project management tools
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence key stakeholders
•    Meticulous attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset
•    Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred

Please include information about your work permit for Austria in your application. The gross monthly salary for this position is based on the Austrian retail collective agreement. However, the actual starting salary will be determined individually, reflecting your qualifications and experience.
