Tech Operations and Project Manager
Location: Vienna, Austria
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a regional team of three specialists, ensuring alignment with subregional management on priorities and initiatives.

Drive the adoption of digital and tech tools to enhance operational efficiency and meet business objectives.

Oversee the smooth operation of existing tools and solutions on a day-to-day basis.

Implement global or regional tech solutions, evaluating optional tools for subregional benefits.

Serve as the primary link between global/regional strategies and local execution, balancing alignment with subregional needs.

Manage and coordinate projects across the region, collaborating with teams across five hubs to ensure seamless delivery.
Qualifications:
-
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align priorities across regions and departments.

Business-oriented mindset, ideally with experience in sales-driven organizations; familiarity with retail, fashion, wholesale, or finance is a plus.

Technical proficiency with tools like EDI (data exchange), Power BI, or other analytics platforms.

Demonstrated project management expertise, including leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable results.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to align systems with business objectives.

Analytical mindset with a passion for technology and data-driven insights.

University degree in business administration, management, or a related field (advantageous).

Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Please include information about your work permit for Austria in your application. The gross monthly salary for this position is based on the Austrian retail collective agreement. However, the actual starting salary will be determined individually, reflecting your qualifications and experience.
