Which team will you be joining?
You will be part of a dynamic and ambitious team that is responsible for the daily management of the JACK & JONES / JJXX retail network in the BELUX. You will report to the Country Retail Manager and work closely with the country product team.

How will you own your job as Visual Merchandising Responsible at JACK & JONES?
We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Merchandising Responsible to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing visual merchandising strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. To achieve this goal, you will be responsible for leading and developing the teams in the stores. You will work closely with the product and operational teams to ensure that our brand is effectively represented in all visual displays.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and execute visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance to adjust merchandising strategies as needed.
• Implement a visual merchandising strategy with clear communication, inspiration and training.
• Collaborate with the store teams to plan and implement seasonal and promotional strategies.
• Train and support store staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques.
• Store visits and support to ensure the visual merchandising strategies are executed on a high level.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure we stay ahead of our competitors.
• Join the Visual Merchandising Kick Off Trainings in the head office in Denmark.
• Join the Shared Buying sessions with the Product Team in the head office in Denmark.
   

Which skill set do you need to become the JACK & JONES / JJXX Visual Merchandising Responsible?

• Experience in female and male visual merchandising and styling.
• Commerciality and results orientated mindset.
• Attention to detail: Ensuring every element of a display is perfect and aligns with the brand's image.
• Strong communication skills: Ability to convey ideas clearly and work collaboratively with the store team members. 
• Product knowledge and fashion trends: Staying up to date with the latest trends to stay relevant and attractive.
• Organizational skills: Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines efficiently.
• Understanding of retail and consumer behaviour: Knowing how to attract and engage customers effectively.
• Team player: You find it easy to build strong relationships and partnerships. You like sharing your knowledge and insights with others.

Which qualifications are we looking for?

• Educational background: A degree in visual merchandising, fashion design, or a related field experience is required. 
• Certifications: Certifications in visual merchandising.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in retail or a related field is highly valuable.
• Language skills: Good relations begin with clear communication. Consequently, you must be able to communicate fluently in Dutch, English & French.
