We are looking for a new colleague to join our Retail department at our headquarters in Brande, Denmark. 

YOUR TEAM
You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for JACK & JONES’ retail stores. We are more than 30 colleagues with competences that span the entire retail area – from retail operations, planning, buying and visual merchandising to establishing stores, omnichannel and digital initiatives. Together, we contribute to keeping our +1000 stores running, while continuously expanding our business and optimizing the way we operate. YOUR JOB 
You will work closely with our Business Controlling Manager to create action plans ensuring we reach our targets for the 130+ stores we operate across the Nordic markets. This means that – besides your closest colleagues in Denmark – you will also be collaborating with our Retail Managers located at our offices abroad.

More specifically, your tasks include:

• Following up on targets and budgets. 
• Monitoring and analyzing staff costs to ensure alignment with budgets and identify potential savings opportunities. 
• Developing  cost control initiatives to optimize staffing levels and reduce unnecessary expenditures. 
• Collaborating and supporting the countries to make sure daily, weekly and monthly business is running. 
• Preparing for meetings - online as well as in our international offices – ensuring that we present relevant data to support our stores in reaching their targets. 
• Controlling & analyzing business data, ensuring countries have relevant insights to boost performance. 
• Developing and following up on sale initiatives reports.

YOUR PROFILE 
You are ambitious, structured, and analytical, with a can-do attitude and curiosity for optimizing operations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are confident presenting performance analyses, and enjoy building relationships across borders.

In addition, you have the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience from a similar role, working with business controlling and data analysis to support business decisions. 
• Degree in finance, economics or business or similar. 
• Excellent skills in Excel. 
• Experience with finance systems (we use SAP – experience is an advantage, not a requirement). 
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
