We are looking for a digital marketer, who has experience within e-mail marketing and a flair for digital communication in general. You will be part of an ambitious and dedicated team, responsible for the development and execution of all JACK & JONES’ digital marketing channels. You will be part of an international and dynamic environment, with openness and room for individual development.
YOUR ROLE
As our new CRM Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping customer communication and loyalty at JACK & JONES. You’ll be responsible for planning and creating engaging content for our email marketing channel — from strategy to execution. A major part of your role will be to develop and grow our loyalty program, where you’ll use our CDP to personalize experiences, increase retention, and build long-term customer loyalty.
You’ll have every opportunity to bring your ideas and experience to the table. We value initiative and expect you to take ownership of your projects, work independently, and help us continuously improve the way we connect with our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Campaign planning and coordinating communication for e-mail
- Daily operation and deployment of newsletters
- E-mail automation optimisation, split testing and segmentation
- Evaluate on performance of weekly content and campaigns
- Developing and executing JACK & JONES’ loyalty program with a focus on acquisition, retention and driving growth and traffic to both online channels and physical stores
- Ongoing reporting and optimization of loyalty efforts, including close dialogue with stakeholders.

You have a strong passion for performance marketing and a natural flair for digital communication. You are motivated by working in a result-oriented and performance-driven environment, where you take pride in both routine tasks and continuous optimization.
You work in a structured way, take responsibility and follow through on your projects. With a detail-oriented mindset and a strong focus on deadlines and follow-ups, you strive to give our customers the best possible experience.
We also imagine that you bring:
- A relevant degree, preferably within marketing or communication
- Experience with email marketing and/or marketing automation
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus
- Strong communication skills and planning skills are required.
