The department
Brand Tech department is a young and dynamic e-commerce department driven by the ambition to become the leading online shops within the fashion industry. You will join an in-house digital team of elite designers and developers, striving to be the best and consistently deliver high quality sites and projects. You will experience an international environment with colleagues from around the world, working cross-brand to deliver the best and preferred place for online shopping. 

The job
You will be heading a new development team to help build our online presence specifically in our marketplaces. You will help scope, build and plan the partner roadmap together with our biggest brands in BESTSELLER.
It can vary from integrating with multi-channel marketplaces vendors, to direct integration with marketplaces, to efficiency tools that helps the brands achieve their goals.

Your profile
You are passionate about what you do, enjoy challenging yourself, and get a kick when the project you have worked on is launched. It is important to us that you have a passion for learning, as one of the key values in our team is constantly expanding our knowledge and skillset. Furthermore, you are motivated by utilizing new technologies and techniques to ensure that our sites and projects are cutting-edge.

While experience and a relevant educational background is a plus, we value passion and a strong portfolio above all. We are looking for the following specific qualifications:

• Team lead experience – preferable with scrum methodologies  
• Experienced in .NET C# 
• An ability to effectively convey information, concepts and ideas to others  
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

If you also know about one or more of the following, you will really get us excited:

• Kubernetes 
• Jira, Github, CircleCI, unit tests and functional tests 
• GCP or other cloud provider 
• Datadog 
• Microservice Architecture.
