We are now accepting applications for the JACK&JONES & JJXX SALES ACADEMY – a comprehensive six-month educational programme designed to strengthen competencies within sales, business strategy, and personal development. The programme combines structured training with practical experience, both at our headquarters and within your local market.

Our next team will start in Denmark the 1st of NOV 2025.  

ASPIRING TO BE THE BEST IN ALL ASPECTS
As a participant in the JACK&JONES & JJXX SALES ACADEMY, you will become part of our international training environment at the headquarters of JACK&JONES in Denmark. Alongside ambitious peers from across Europe, you will engage in a structured learning journey focused on sales excellence, business understanding, and personal growth. The programme is designed to equip you  with both theoretical knowledge and practical tools to succeed in a dynamic B2B sales role.
Throughout the programme, you will be supported by the team in your local market and HQ specialists. Together, they’ll guide your development as you work directly with customers and contribute to growing one of the strongest NOOS concepts in the industry.

COMBINING EDUCATION AND PRACTICAL WORK

Throughout the programme, you will develop a comprehensive sales skill set through a 360-degree learning approach. This includes training in business analytics, product strategy, customer management - all complemented by your ongoing professional and personal development.
Your practical responsibilities will be closely tied to your market, enabling you to apply your learning in real time. You will play a vital role in maintaining strong customer partnerships, helping them succeed with the right products at the right time. 

Key activities include:

  • Participating in training, executed by our instructors, covering our four key modules: Business Analytics, Product strategy, Customer management and personal growth 
  • Being responsible for a customer portfolio alongside your sales representatives in your local markets. 
  • Creating and executing your own sales strategy – in collaboration with your local market. 
  • Engaging in ongoing sales dialogues with customers and the sales team to optimize product performance in-store 
  • Monitoring and managing product availability and performance to ensure customers are stocked with the right styles, sizes, and quantities 
  • Visiting your local market to engage with customers and connect with the local team 
  • Collaborating with our digital team to produce video content for customers. 

TO BECOME A SUCCESSFUL INTERNATIONSAL SALES TRAINEE, YOU:

  • Are proficient in English and able to speak the local language 
  • Have a strong, sales profile – preferably with a background in the fashion industry or in retail / B2B sales  
  • Are ready to be stationed in Denmark for 6 months 
  • Strong in creating and maintaining relationships  
  • Are independent and thrive in a role where your own initiative is essential to your success 
  • Bring energy, drive, and a business mindset.
