Then here’s your chance to take on a supporting and coordinating role in our Never Out of Stock (NOOS) department at JACK & JONES – a role that will allow you to grow into a true specialist within your field.
Your team
Our NOOS department consists of 40 skilled and ambitious colleagues dedicated to ensuring that our customers always have access to the right products — at the right place, at the right time. As a key function in JACK & JONES, we manage the entire product flow from suppliers to customers.

Your role
As a Junior Planner, you will support the replenishment team in managing key accounts, analysis, and store replenishment. You will work closely with international sales teams across 42 markets, manage customer stock levels, and contribute with insights that improve performance and strengthen our partnerships. You will gradually be given a larger responsibility, as you develop your skills and insights.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- Ensuring optimal stock availability, rate of stock turn and turnover for the customers in your portfolio
- Analysing sales data and seasonality trends to forecast future demand
- Communicating NOOS strategies to internal and external business partners
- Supporting weekly and monthly planning meetings with key stakeholders
- Preparing reports and insights that enable smarter decisions
You will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are placed on time, in the right quantities, and for adjusting the product package to fit season needs both in terms of assortment and instore stock levels in cooperation with your sales teams, customers and demand planners.

- Hold a relevant education or experience within sales, buying, marketing, international business or value chain management
- Have a genuine interest in supply chain, sales or retail planning
- Take initiative and enjoy collaborating across teams
- Are confident working in Excel and eager to develop your skills further
- Communicate fluently in English, written and spoken
