JOINING THE CBO TEAM
You will be a part of our sales team based at the head office in Brande. A team of dedicated and energetic people, who all fight to reach the common goal.

YOUR JOB
It is an essential part of your job to have a close dialogue and ensure daily follow ups with the CBOs in collaboration with the team in Denmark as well as your international colleagues. Together with our International Sales Manager for CBO, you are responsible for applying strategies to grow our business and our relationships as well as analyzing figures for our biggest online customers.
You drive the sales, where understanding the needs of the market and the close relationships are key to success. You are responsible for selling in, defining the strategy, analyzing figures, and following the full campaign plan for the products. You always ensure that Zalando have the right product package online through your analysis of product performance.
More specifically your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Securing closeness to the customers through daily contact
- Following up and analyzing sales figures and performance
- Ensuring global products that reflect the brand DNA
- Keeping an eye on extra sales possibilities through product gaps
- Developing new products together with the Product Sales Leads
- Daily follow-ups with customers on open topics and to find out new business opportunities
- Acting as a strategic business partner for the Online Key Accounts and other CBO sales responsibles
- Creating sales initiatives.
You can expect approximately 30 travel days per year to ensure close relationships with your customers.
YOUR PROFILE
With your dedication to delivering results and see a real impact of you and the team’s efforts, it comes natural to you to be at the front, using your energetic and positive outlook to inspire and motivate your colleagues, customers and business partners.
You establish and grow customer relationships with your outgoing and proactive approach to other people and have experience working with multiple stakeholders to reach a common goal. In addition, you use your analytical mindset to work strategically with the CBOs to ensure that we reach their full potential with JACK & JONES – both in the short and long term.
We’re looking for the following specific qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience from a similar position with B2B sales and online key accounts
- Experience from the textile fashion industry
- Strong product and trend knowledge
- Experience with negotiation and cooperation with online key accounts
- Operational knowledge and understanding of key figures
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
