Apply for Job
Want a Planner role where your decisions have an impact in stores across markets? Would you like to work close to the business and take responsibility from the start?
Your job is simple to explain: Make sure the right product is in the right store at the right time.
Making it happen takes sharp analysis, good planning and close collaboration across markets. Get it right, and you’ll see the results in product availability, sales and how our stores perform.
You might be a recent graduate ready to put what you’ve learned into practice. Or you might already have a few years of experience and be ready for your next step.
Either way, if you’re good with numbers, commercially minded and ready to take responsibility, we’d like to hear from you.
THE TEAM BEHIND THE NUMBERS
You’ll join our NOOS team at JACK & JONES. NOOS – Never Out of Stock – is all about making sure our key products are available when and where our customers want them.
We’re a dedicated team that knows our business and takes pride in what we do. We set the bar high, but never assume we’ve got everything figured out. There’s always a number to challenge, a decision to sharpen or a better way to do things.
Together, we manage the flow of goods from our distribution centres to stores across markets. It’s a setup where small adjustments can have an impact across a lot of stores.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Planner, you’ll work close to the business and the decisions that drive it. You’ll follow how products are selling across markets, spot where something needs adjusting and turn what you see in the numbers into action.
A key part of your role is managing the replenishment and allocation of NOOS products from our distribution centres to stores. You’ll work closely with Retail and Demand Planning, using sales data and market input to make the right adjustments along the way.
More specifically, you’ll:
- Ensure the right stock availability, turnover and rotation across stores
- Work closely with local buyers, using data and recommendations to support their decisions
- Analyse sales and help prepare stores for upcoming seasons
- Gather market feedback on product demand and future needs
- Collaborate with Demand Planning to improve forecasts and secure the right product mix
- Support in-season range optimisation and follow up on collection sell-in
- Communicate NOOS plans and initiatives to internal and external partners.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
There’s more than one way into this role. You may have a degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a similar field. Or your experience may come from sales, buying, planning, business analysis, category management or key account management.
What matters most is that you enjoy working with numbers and are curious about the business behind them. You don’t just want to know what is selling. You want to understand why, what might happen next and whether there’s something we should do differently.
We’re also looking for someone who:
- Is analytical, structured and commercially minded
- Takes responsibility and follows things through
- Communicates confidently across teams and markets
- Has strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Is fluent in written and spoken English.
You’ll get responsibility from the start, plenty to learn and the opportunity to make a real difference to the performance of our retail business.
READY TO JOIN THE TEAM?
If this sounds like your kind of challenge, we’d like to hear from you. Apply as soon as possible and no later than 30 October 2026. We review applications on an ongoing basis and may close the position once we have found the right candidate.
If you have any questions about the position, please contact Replenishment Manager Christoffer Mønsted Knudsen on +45 27 95 86 26.
LOCATION: Brande, Denmark.
TRAVEL: Approximately 10–20 days per year.
