We are looking for two experienced sales professionals to strengthen our team and accelerate our journey towards reaching our ambitious growth strategy. One role will focus on driving success within our Southern European markets, while the other will lead our efforts in expanding and managing the West/Overseas region.

FREEDOM TO CHALLENGE
As Regional Sales Manager, you will hold a prominent position in achieving our ambitious goals. You will be responsible for a range of markets and customers. Drawing on your solid experience from the textile business, you kick in doors to new customers and markets. You act on your own as well as in collaboration with our dedicated Sales Representatives in the markets, whom you inspire, train and grow. You bring new experience and ideas to the table – pushing limits, challenging and developing our strategy.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- Setting up and executing sales strategies for your markets/customers.
- Growing people to grow business.
- Developing and maintaining deep insights of your markets.
- Preparing sell-in and being present in market showrooms.
- Setting up Sales Meetings with volume customers in collaboration with local forces.
- Establishing long-term relationships with our customers and create nearness.
- Participating in our internal Sales Meetings as the expert on the products and the various solutions we offer.
- Collecting feedback from the markets for future collections.

The position calls for a strong and experienced sales profile, who is motivated by converting leads into customers, and building up long-term relationships. You are persistent and leave the impression of being both serious and powerful. You have a can-do attitude but are also humble and respectful in your sales approach. Through your professionalism and collaborative methods, you create an environment, where your customers feel valued and assured. You always make decisions by tapping into your business understanding and analysis of figures and numbers.
Because of the way we operate, it’s important that you have
- Experience in the textile industry.
- A proven track record in acquiring new customers.
- Expertise in managing Key Accounts.
- Strong problem-solving skills to meet customer demands.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
SMU experience and knowledge in Spanish can be advantages.
WORKPLACE AND TRAVEL ACTIVITY
You will be working from our office in Brande, Denmark with an expected travel activity, mostly within Europe, of approximately 50-70 days a year.
