As a key strategic department within JACK & JONES, NOOS is responsible for managing the flow of goods from warehouses to stores, ensuring the right stock is always in the right place at the right time. 

YOUR CHANCE TO GROW AND MAKE AN IMPACT
As a Planner, you’ll have the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibilities and truly influence the business. Your role will involve strengthening our collaboration with our retail team, while managing the replenishment system for NOOS products to ensure smooth operations between our distribution centres and stores. Work closely with the demand planning team to ensure optimal stock levels and the right product mix, and lead the allocation of NOOS goods to our stores, boosting both sales and availability.
Your main tasks will include:

• Ensuring optimal stock availability, turnover, and stock rotation by working closely with our retail teams.
• Leading weekly meetings with local buyers to provide data-driven insights and suggest improvements for store performance.
• Analysing past and current sales data to ensure stores are fully prepared for upcoming seasons.
• Gathering market feedback on product performance, demand, and future needs, collaborating with the demand planning team to ensure accurate forecasting.
• Supporting in-season product range optimization and tracking collection sell-ins.
• Communicating NOOS strategies and initiatives to internal and external partners.

You’re organized, love analyzing data, and can make clear decisions. With great communication skills, you're good at sharing ideas and building relationships. You’re independent, ready to drive performance, and eager to make a real impact.
Whether you are fresh out of school or already have some experience in sales, buying, or planning, this job offers plenty of chances to grow if you tick these boxes:

• Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field
• Experience in business analysis, planning, category management, or key account management
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

WORKPLACE
Work at our HQ in Brande, Denmark and get excited to travel approximately 10-20 days a year.
