We’re establishing a new Retail Buying organisation in Denmark. By bringing buying decisions closer to our retail business, we aim to react faster to trends and consumer demand, create more relevant assortments and strengthen our performance across markets.

As one of our new Retail Buyers in Brande, Denmark, you'll be responsible for your own markets and become part of a new international Retail Buying organisation supporting more than 700 stores across 19 markets. Working closely with local stakeholders and HQ functions, you'll be responsible for ensuring that your markets have the right assortments to meet consumer demand and deliver strong commercial results.

YOUR TEAM
You will join JACK & JONES Retail in Brande, Denmark, and report to the Head of Planning & Buying.
You will work closely with colleagues across Retail, Product, Sales, Visual Merchandising and other Retail buyers, while building strong partnerships with stakeholders across the markets you are responsible for.
Together, you will ensure that buying decisions, consumer insights and commercial opportunities are translated into strong assortments and results.

YOUR ROLE
As Retail Buyer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our buying strategy is successfully translated into commercial performance across your markets.
Working closely with local stakeholders, you will define the right assortments, identify opportunities, and ensure that product decisions reflect both consumer demand and business ambitions.
More specifically, you will be responsible for buying and sales initiatives, selecting styles and product opportunities, and monitoring product performance to continuously optimize the assortment.

You will:

• Drive the buying strategy across the markets you are responsible for
• Define assortments and product strategies that support commercial performance
• Turn consumer, product and market insights into buying decisions and actions
• Take responsibility for buying decisions across your markets to optimise sales, stock and profitability based on data and analyses
• Balance global collections with local market needs and opportunities
• Strengthen collaboration across Buying, Retail and Visual Merchandising to ensure strong execution.

YOUR PROFILE
Whether you're ready for broader international responsibility or already have a strong track record in retail buying, you'll get ownership of markets that match your experience and ambitions. What matters most is that you're passionate about products, understand how buying decisions influence commercial performance and combine strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships across countries and functions. In addition, you:

• Bring experience from retail buying, merchandising or other product-focused commercial role within fashion retail
• Have a strong understanding of styles, trends and consumer demand
• Combine commercial understanding with strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data and planning tools, including Excel
• Know how to translate insights into actions that drive sales and profitability
• Thrive in a role that requires collaboration across markets, functions and cultures
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken – any other language skills are considered a plus.
