At JACK & JONES E-com, we are looking for a SEO Responsible to take ownership of our international SEO strategy – from vision to execution – and play a key role in increasing traffic and revenue on jackjones.com. 

YOUR TEAM
You will join JACK & JONES E-com – an ambitious and passionate digital team driving our global e-commerce growth. We work data-driven, constantly test new ideas, and have the freedom to execute quickly. Here, we share knowledge, challenge each other, and celebrate successes together.

This is not the typical SEO role. You will have the freedom to set the direction, define the framework, and drive one of our most important disciplines forward – working closely with specialists in tech, content, and marketing.

YOUR ROLE
As our SEO Responsible you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing an international SEO strategy with a focus on technical, strategic, and content-based optimisation 
• Driving organic growth and strengthening jackjones.com’s visibility across markets 
• Identifying growth opportunities through analysis, search behaviour, and technical audits 
• Setting clear KPIs and ensuring follow-up on performance and results 
• Experimenting with new technologies – ideally with AI in your toolkit.

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven profile who is passionate about SEO and digital performance. You can develop a long-term strategy, dive into data and technical details – and you are eager to build something from the ground up. You thrive on responsibility, and are ready to take ownership of a growing discipline.

We expect that you:

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with SEO – both technical and strategic 
• Have worked with international websites and understand the complexity of multiple languages and markets 
• Are familiar with tools such as GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC, and similar 
• Understand the interaction between SEO, content, and UX 
• Work data-driven and can translate analysis into actionable initiatives 
• Are curious about AI and new technologies, and see opportunities in automated and future-proof SEO 
• Speak and write fluent English (additional languages are an advantage, but not a requirement).
