Buying Coordinator – Fashion Retail (F/ M/ D) 

Responsibilities: 

• Support assortment planning and buying decisions using sales data and local market insights 

• Analyze sales performance, stock levels, and NOOS programs to support replenishment and stock optimization 

• Assist with pricing, promotions, and competitor benchmarking in the local market 

• Support budget tracking, forecasting, and regular reporting 

• Coordinate product assortments and stock packages for new store openings in the region 

• Support visual merchandising execution in line with brand and regional guidelines 

• Collaborate closely with store, retail, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth day-to-day execution 

Qualifications: 

• Retail or fashion background; first experience in buying, merchandising, or planning is an advantage. 

• Degree in Fashion, Business, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and KPIs 

• Interest in fashion, retail trends, and customer behavior 

• Well-organized, detail-focused, and eager to learn 

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
