We are looking for a sales-driven Key Account Responsible to represent Jack & Jones in the UAE and GCC markets. This role is a great opportunity for ambitious retail leaders who understand product, customers, and commercial performance, and want to move from managing a store to driving the success of an international fashion brand across multiple partners and markets. You will be responsible for developing key accounts, strengthening market presence, and driving the growth of the Jack & Jones brand across the region.

Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers to grow long-term partnerships
- Identify and acquire new wholesale partners (Brick & Mortar, multi-brand retailers, CBO)
- Present Jack & Jones collections to customers and guide assortment selection based on market needs
- Negotiate orders and ensure strong seasonal sell-in performance
- Monitor sell-through and support partners in optimizing product performance
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure strong brand representation and positioning of Jack & Jones in all partner stores
- Collaborate closely with internal teams on collection feedback and market insights
- Contribute to sales planning and support the achievement of regional growth targets
- Report regularly to the Country Sales Manager
Qualifications
- Strong sales talent with a passion for building relationships and closing deals
- Experience in fashion retail or wholesale (e.g., Store Manager, Area Manager, Sales Manager)
- Good understanding of the UAE and GCC fashion/retail market
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, product performance, and commercial decision-making
- Ability to represent and communicate the Jack & Jones brand and identity convincingly
- Outgoing personality with strong communication and networking skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with sales data
- Fluent English language knowledge is a must-have; Arabic is a plus
