STORE MANAGER Jack & Jones Abu Dhabi

Qualifications: 

• Completed commercial training or professional experience in a similar position
• Passion for fashion, trends and sales
• Reliability, punctuality and diligence
• Competence in dealing with numbers and entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent, precise and solution-oriented way of working
• Good knowledge of the English language, knowledge of another language is an advantage
• Organizational talent and strong communication skills 
• Willingness to learn and open-mindedness for new things 
• Empathy, initiative and positive charisma

Responsibilities: 

• Management of personnel management topics and personnel planning
• Monitoring and analyzing KPIs
• Preparation of clothing and placement at the PoS
• Coordination of the visual merchandising
• Proactive and closing-oriented customer consulting 
• Support of the team in the "daily business”
• Close cooperation with your team
• Processing of exchanges and complaints
• Store opening/closing, as well as closing the cash register
• Co-responsibility for inventory and its execution
