YOUR ROLE
As a Buying & Performance Controller, your mission is to support commercial decision-making and secure performance excellence through your sharp analytical mindset and buying insight.
You will:
- Own the product purchasing processes for JACK & JONES and JJXX.
- Execute country-specific purchasing strategies.
- Prepare and communicate weekly performance reports with key insights.
- Track daily sales and flag opportunities for improvement.
- Plan and follow up on seasonal campaign activities.
Your work will influence both short-term outcomes and long-term growth – and you’ll be trusted to make a visible difference.

YOUR PROFILE
We’re looking for someone who’s analytical, agile and deeply commercial. You bring:
- A BSc degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of buying & planning in fashion retail.
- Proficiency in English and strong presentation and planning skills.
- A hands-on, proactive attitude – you don’t wait for answers, you create them.
- The ability to zoom out on business strategy while diving deep into data.
- Confidence in influencing stakeholders across departments and seniority levels.
