YOUR TEAM

You’ll join the JACK & JONES Sales Team — a group of passionate people who share an entrepreneurial mindset and a love for denim and menswear. We work closely together, support each other, and share one clear goal: to strengthen the success of JACK & JONES and take BESTSELLER to the next level.

You’ll be part of a team that celebrates both collaboration and individual ownership — because we believe the best results are achieved together.

 

YOUR ROLE
As our NOOS Sales Responsible, you will take lead on growing our NOOS business in your market. You will get a central role in developing and implementing NOOS strategies tailored to your market, continuously challenging the status quo to drive performance and growth. You will identify and establish KPIs to measure goals and performance, while fostering strong partnerships between the markets and the NOOS department in Denmark.

Furthermore, you will have the following responsibilities and tasks:

  • Introduce the NOOS collections to our sales teams across different markets.
  • Facilitate coordination of sales activities among internal departments and teams.
  • Achieve an optimal product package by balancing successful items with current trends.
  • Maintain regular communication with the HQ in Denmark, the local market and other regions to enhance collaboration.
  • Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive NOOS sales through teamwork and direct engagement with customers.

YOUR PROFILE

You are structured, analytical, and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. You combine a strong, commercial mindset with excellent communication skills and enjoy taking ownership of your results.

 

In addition, you bring:

  • BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant areas,
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail management,
  • An analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
  • A proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset, eager to challenge and improve how we work.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience or strong interest in outreach sales.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
