Retail Manager – JACK & JONES

Area of responsibilities:

• Planning and executing new store openings, overseeing purchase orders, inventory setup, and recruiting and training staff
• Establishing a comprehensive operational framework for all stores, including visual merchandising standards, employee systems (such as time management 
• Responsibility for the store revenue, profitability, and personnel management across Greece and our ongoing expansion
• Staffing and budget management to ensure optimal performance and cost control
• Relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders to enhance store performance
• Performance Management: Analyze key metrics, identify improvement actions, and set strategies to achieve targets.

 Qualifications:

• Strong passion for Fashion Retail and product: Fundamental expertise in fashion retail, with experience in leadership, buying, planning, recruiting, KPI monitoring and visual merchandising.
• A minimum of 10 years in fashion retail industry -buying/planning background is a must. At least 5 years of work experience in the Greek market
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with excellent organizational abilities and a proactive approach
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and strong communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster team interaction
• Fluent in Greek and in English
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
