As our Deputy Manager, you will:

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient store performance, and the achievement of sales targets.
• Support leading the team to deliver a positive shopping experience, creating the best experience for our customers and the greatest atmosphere for our colleagues.
• Creating a positive, inclusive and empowering environment for both colleagues and your customers
• Help to implement the JACK & JONES visual merchandising strategies and contribute to creating a positive and dynamic shopping environment.
