YOUR ROLE


We are looking to grow our team internationally with experienced sales profiles with expert knowledge within this field to take on full responsibility for this area of our business. PRODUKT is a business model in JACK & JONES. We are a volume driven department, who use the sheer power of BESTSELLER, providing our key account customers with proven winner products and true value for money at competitive prices. We’re not a traditional collection-driven brand; we work in parallel fields within the textile industry and explore opportunities in other segments. We offer corporate wear, merchandise and blanks - in addition to operating under the sub-brand PRODUKT, delivering SMUs that drive high volume within the FMCG sector. That’s why we consider ourselves craftsmen rather than fashion people. 
 
As Sales Responsible, you will hold a prominent position in achieving our ambitious goals. You take on full responsibility for your customers on Corporate Wear & Blanks within PRODUKT’s business. Drawing on your solid experience and deep insights into your field, you kick in doors to new customers as well as contributing with an extensive dealer network. You act on your own as well as in collaboration with the Sales Management in the country and HQ in Denmark. You bring new experience and ideas to the table – pushing limits, challenging and developing our strategy. 
 
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
 

  • Lead and manage all aspects of your business area 
  • Setting up and executing local sales and customer strategies, participate in fairs and roadshows
  • Developing and maintaining deep insights of your market and gather product feedback
  • Encouraging customers to include JACK & JONES PRODUKT products in their portfolios
  • Increasing our presence on digital and social media platforms
  • Promoting awareness of JACK & JONES PRODUKT resources and facilitating product training
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities to accelerate customer collaborations
  • Understand and can act in the intersection between distributors, dealers, print houses and end customers
  • Establishing long-term relationships with our direct and in-direct customers
  • Participating in our internal Sales Meetings as the expert on the products and the various solutions we offer

 
YOUR PROFILE


Our team is all about working together. Everyone proactively takes responsibility for their own area, whilst knowing they have the support of their colleagues when in need. Therefore, it is crucial for us that you are a proactive, team player and enjoy working independently. In addition to this, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven leadership with significant experience in the fashion industry.
  • Established reputation in the industry. Experience with Private Label and SMU is considered an advantage
  • Good network of potential customers for the brand.
  • Solid experience approaching new customers
  • Knowing how to accommodate customer demands and solve challenges
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in English and French as you will be communicating with all type of customers across Canada.
  • Able to deliver good feedback whether it is aimed at business  
  • You are a creative, an outside-the-box thinker; there will be a lot of customer acquisition!
