WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are looking for someone who will be the driving our brand’s performance across the American market and take JACK & JONES business to the next level. At BESTSELLER, we are deliberate in our approach to leadership and take pride in developing our leaders. 

 

Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):


•    Establish financial targets, business objectives, and brand strategies that will facilitate positive growth.
•    Curate each collection to make it recognizable, exciting and relevant to the market.
•    Set direction and goals that match business objectives and people’s aspirations. 
•    Help the team to grow their capabilities by supporting their professional and personal development through consistent coaching and feedback. 
•    Engage and share knowledge and skills with the team to increase the expertise and capabilities.
•    Ensure the effectiveness of sales activities and processes and identify key areas for improvement.
•    Represent the American perspective in Denmark to enhance brand and country cooperation.
•    Engage and share knowledge and skills with the team to increase their development and retention. 
•    Influence and inspire the brand sales team to deliver business value to customers. 
•    Ensure effective sales activities by setting targets, managing the JACK & JONES budget, empowering team members, and overseeing customer orders.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

•    Minimum 7 years of experience, ideally in a fashion/wholesale environment.
•    Comprehensive knowledge of the current wholesale landscape and competitors’ business.
•    Proven manager with significant experience in brand and sales management.
•    Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills.
•    Creative and detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
•    General knowledge of the American fashion market.
•    Results-oriented and are motivated by targets.
•    Availability to travel (valid drivers license and passport)
