THE ROLE

Our universe is a drama free zone, it is shopping made easy. It’s good jeans with good vibes. Product, people, and great results that’s all that matters in our world. As Assistant Store Manager, your role is to:

Commercial Leadership

  • Support and Assist the Store Manager by working in partnership with the Store Manager and the wider management team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Analyse sales performance daily and make strong commercial decisions to maximise results.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, leading the store confidently in the absence of the Store Manager.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Be a role model to the team, driving great energy and atmosphere on the shop floor.
  • Support the growth and development of your team to deliver on KPIs, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and operations.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching for your store team.
  • Champion JACK & JONES values and help create an inclusive, positive culture for colleagues and customers.

Do you have the fire?

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or similar leadership role within retail.
  • Strong communication and people skills - you enjoy building relationships.
  • A real passion for our brand, our product, and delivering the best customer experience.
  • Ownership mindset - you step up, take initiative, and get things done.
  • A commercial mindset with a drive for achieving and exceeding results.
  • Confidence in navigating change and embracing new challenges (especially in a new‑store opening environment!).
