JJXX is on a journey, and we have high ambitions for the future. We are looking for a Product Sales Lead at our headquarters in Brande to propel us further in the fashion world.

YOUR TEAM
You become part of an ambitious team of 19 dedicated colleagues who are passionate about bringing JJXX to new heights. In the JJXX team, you have the opportunity to have a say in decision-making together with JJXX Management. As part of the sales department, you will be the link between our largest online accounts and our Buying and Design department.

YOUR ROLE
Be the voice of our customers! Use your experience to ensure that JJXX’s products are tailored to the needs of our customers. You will keep an overview of our CBOs, ensuring the right orders and volume are met. You will collaborate daily with our Buying and Design departments, focusing on the best performing products and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, you will maintain a weekly dialogue with our largest online accounts to stay aligned on goals and strategies.
Your other main tasks will include:

• Ensuring a product package that reflects JJXX’s DNA
• Securing the right product package for each collection
• Participating in NOOS meetings to ensure the daily performance is implemented in future collections
• Ensuring the correct product and price mix and delivery precision
• Securing the right products for our express setup following trends and tendencies.

YOUR PROFILE
Your extensive product knowledge and passion for trends are crucial for this role, particularly in overseeing the JJXX CBO and Express setup. A background in sales is essential, allowing you to effectively transform market information into impactful business actions – all while bringing structure and overview to ensure smooth execution.
Your strong product and trend expertise from a sales perspective are perfectly combined with:

• A sales-driven attitude with a great business mindset.
• At least 3 years of experience from a similar position within the female fashion industry.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.

YOUR TRAVEL DAYS AND WORKLOCATION
Around 60 travel days a year will take you closer to our markets and partners. When not on the road, you’ll be based at our vibrant HQ in Brande, Denmark.
